  To maintain a clean and trustworthy marketplace, we are removing the ability to duplicate listings. This ensures each listing is unique, maximizing visibility and lead potential.

Notifications

The bell icon has been removed in the new PF Expert 2.0.
To view notifications, clients should go to the side menu on the left, then scroll down to access the Notification Center.

Activity Logs

The Activity Log feature has been retired as part of our platform improvements. We’re focusing on more streamlined tools to help you manage your work with less clutter and more clarity.

Optimized Security & Portfolio Protection

Bulk Delete & Export Listings Removed

To prevent accidental deletions and unintended data loss, the ability to bulk delete or export listings has been removed. This change safeguards your listings and ensures better portfolio management.

No option to delete users in PF Expert 2.0.

In PF Expert 2.0, you can deactivate users to remove their access, but full deletion is not available. This ensures data integrity and audit history are maintained.

Streamlined Listing Creation & Management

Decluttered Workflow

To improve focus and efficiency, documents, calls, and transactions are no longer part of the listing creation process.

Owners Section Relocated

Ownership details are now directly within the listing, providing better visibility and management of property ownership.

Updated Listing Design

A refined layout allows for a clearer view of essential details, helping you make smarter decisions with ease.

Retiring Low-Impact Features

Status Page Removed

Due to minimal usage, the Status Page has been phased out.

Credits to Agents Soft Limits Removed

Since this feature was found to be unnecessary, we have simplified the process by removing it.

Publishing to other Portals

Publishing to external portals is not available in PF Expert 2.0, as we have chosen to focus on improving the platform’s core features.
