What is Enterprise API 2.0?
Enterprise API is our newest and most advanced integration method designed for real estate agencies with external CRMs. It allows your system to connect directly to Property Finder’s platform in a fast, reliable, and scalable way.
Enterprise API 2.0 was built with performance, flexibility, and security in mind — making it easier to manage large listing volumes, sync data more accurately, and access enhanced features
What are the key benefits of Enterprise API 2.0?
- In addition to being faster and more secure Enterprise API 2.0 will enable access to more information, such as Leads, Agents Insights, Listing Verification, Permit Validation or Listing Exposure
- Enables you to perform changes on your listings both through your CRM and PF Expert 2.0 and both platforms will always be synchronized

Yes — to test your integration without impacting production data on PF Expert, you can request credentials for a PF Expert test account by emailing: integration.support@propertyfinder.ae. Please note the following: The test account is preloaded with 25,000 credits. In Dubai, test listings can only be published in DIFC. Attempting to publish in other areas will return an error due to permit restrictions. To access the test account in PF Expert, you must first create a user via the API.

Getting Started
To begin the upgrade, your system must be integrated with our new Enterprise API, replacing the current API 1.0. This update provides real-time sync, reduces manual errors, and gives access to new platform features.
