To take advantage of this upgrade and make sure your listings have the highest possible visibility, you should focus on 4 key metrics:
- Quality of each listing: Quality of listing now also includes verification and virtual tour of each listing. Learn how to improve the quality of your listings
- Depth of product applied to your listing
- SuperAgent performance - takes into account your average listing quality scores, your response rates, response times, profile completeness and reported listings whether you are a SuperAgent or not.
- Gaining and maintaining your SuperAgent status – those who qualify as SuperAgents will get an additional boost - so your north star metric is being a SuperAgent.
