Yes. There are two scenarios where this may happen.
- At the end of the month if an agent is no longer meeting Ada’s requirements they will lose their SuperAgent status.
- If a consumer report results in a listing being removed from our site whilst the listing agent is tagged as a SuperAgent, the SuperAgent status will be lost within 24 hours of the listing being removed
How can SuperAgent status be restored?
The status can be restored the following month subject to Adas requirements being fulfilled at the end of the month (eg. SuperAgent in January, lost for February, can be regained in March if Ada requirements are met by end of February)
