PropSpace allows to set permissions if the listings can be shared or not within the agents in the company.

A Manager can access and verify if listing sharing across the company is enabled or not.

1. Navigate to the Admin > Profile screen.

2. Select the Listings tab, and verify if Listings Sharing is marked as "Disabled". By doing so the Agents will not be able to view the listings of other Agents within the company on PropSpace.

Note: If listing sharing is enabled, other agents will be able to view details of the property but not the unit number or the owner details.
