Some projects and units when offered for leasing are inclusive of assets. Assets can be appliances or anything valuable. In PropSpace Property Management, you can list all your assets to keep track on which unit/project it is currently present, whether it belongs to your company or landlord, the purchase date, warranty expiration etc.

To add an asset:

1. Navigate to "Asset" screen and click the "New Asset" button.

2. Fill in the required details and note that red fields are mandatory. In "Asset for" section, choose if it is for a unit or a project. Once done, click the + button and it will prompt you to a section where you can select a unit/project to link the asset where it is present.

3. Select the manufacturer and supplier. In case the contact is not yet recorded you can quickly add one on the same screen itself. 

4. Upload photos of the asset and once done, click the "Save Asset" button.
