At times, you may receive the same enquiry for a listing from a client from the same or multiple property portals, resulting in two or more leads being created for you. If the lead requirements are the same, you can safely consider merging the duplicate leads by doing the following steps:
1. Find the two leads in your data table that are duplicated. Use filters to make it easier to narrow down the results.
2. Select both records and click on the Merge Leads link in the table's action bar.
3. A pop-up window will ask you to retain one of the selected leads as the principle lead.
4. Click on the Merge Leads button to confirm it.
