It is always the best practice to keep a copy of your leads list. Through PropSpace, you can easily manage your leads. You can download your leads in excel table. Kindly take note that this is the only available format.
1. Click Work and select Leads.
2. Select the preferred lead tab that you want to download. You can choose from Current lead, my leads, company leads and international. The most common tab is Current Lead where you can see the most recent leads of your company.
3. Select your preferred leads. If you want to download all the leads per page, click the select all button.The entries per page are 10, 25, 50 and 100. The maximum is 100 entries per page.
4. Request SMS code. Once the SMS code is received, input the code on the box and click verify.
5. Click download excel table.
