With our CRM PropSpace you can export your data any time if you have the access.

The access can be provided to you by your manager and your mobile number must be verified to receive the verification code or, you must be using our Google Authinticator Application.

How To Extract the Data From PropSpace System?

1- Navigate to the screen from which you want to Export the data.

2- Scroll down to the data table and you can filter the data you wish to export or you can select All.

3- Above the data table you will see Share Options.

4- Choose between download selected (listings, Leads, Deals, Contact) or, Download All.

5- Request for either SMS Code or Enter the Auth. Code.

6- Once your verification is successful you will get the download button.
