Messages serve as instant means of communication between the property management manager and the tenant. You can consider this as instant messenger for each service request.
Let's say you have a tenant who needs help on pest control and plumbing. The client may send the request to the messages section and you may reply real time. This is a great way to check the flow of communication for each service request. The detailed information of the request including service request status, description, vendors, date, time and documents are all available on this section.
For the property management manager to be able to manage all his messages, the following steps should be followed.
Step 1- Click Requests screen.
Step 2- Scroll down to see the data table for all the service request. Then select the desired service request.
Step 3- Scroll up and you will check the messages section.
Step 4- You may type your real time responses on the message box.
For the tenant to be able to manage all his messages, the following steps should be followed.
Step 1- Tenant should log in to the tenant portal.
Step 2- Scroll down and click the service request tab. Then view request for the selected service request.
Step 3- Scroll up and you will see the messages section.
