The Lead Pool is a collection of unassigned leads, moved by other agents who are unable to handle the lead's requirements.

On the leads screen, navigate to the Leads Pool tab to see the list of open leads available. You can select a lead and click on the 'Assign to Me' button in the top-right corner. The lead is removed from the Lead Pool and assigned to you.
