Some companies may opt to receive lead enquiries at a single mailbox to better streamline them. One or multiple agents could manage the mailbox and assign leads to agents to follow up. If you wish to implement this structure instead of agents directly receiving leads directly, follow the below steps:
1. Go to Admin > Profile
2. Select the XML Settings tab. Set the XML Email as "Company" and then add the email address to use as the common mailbox.
3. Click on Update Profile to save the changes. All email enquiries from property portals will now be sent to the mailbox.
