What is Tenants Portal?
Tenants portal is a website designed specially for your Tenants, They can access their leases managed by your company and see the rentals price, lease duration, pending payments etc...
They can check the pending payments related to the selected unit, upload the tenancy contract and documents related to the leased unit.
Tenants can create service requests such as Maintenance, general feedback, etc... using the Tenants portal and the property manager will get the notification for the same and will be able to create work orders or take the necessary actions.
