If you are having issues uploading documents to a record in PropSpace, please use the following checklist to troubleshoot the problem.
1. Are you still logged into your account?
Occassionally you may have been away from your system for a while, and you may have been timed out of your account. In that case, uploading documents may fail because you are actually logged out. Open any other page in PropSpace to see if you have been logged out first. If you have, you will be prompted to login again.
2. Do you have editing rights for the record?
Due to your company's permissions and your user role, you may be restricted from editing content belonging to other users even though you can view the records. In that case, you won't be able to edit the record to upload a document.
3. Is the file format of the document correct?
Kindly make sure the document file format is either a PDF, Word document, Excel Spreadsheet, JPG image or a PNG image file. Other file formats are not accepted at the moment.
4. Is the document too heavy in file size?
Please ensure that the file is less than 5 MB in file size, else it may not get attached successfully to the record.
