The VAT registration for all real estate agents in UAE was introduced on the last quarter of 2017. After the registration, Tax Registration Number (TRN No.) will be given to the applicant. TRN No. is a unique identification number for business owners. TRN should serve as a reference number to all the records of sales and purchase made by a consumer or business owner.

For you to be able to add or update your transaction number or TRN No., the following should be followed. 

Step 1 - Click Admin screen and select company setting.

Step 2 - Put the TRN No. on the allocated box. You may also set the VAT under Tax details by 5%.

Step 3- Click save settings to finalize the change.
