The Preview is a feature where you can see a brief about your property, lead, owner and transaction without needing to open that specific resource.
Properties:
Hover, don't click, your mouse-pointer over the downwards-pointing arrow on the right of the property on the Properties main menu. Now, at a glance, you’ll be able to see key information like amenities, unit number, owner’s details and even how many leads in your company have currently shortlisted this property. You'll also be able to see the detailed quality score if the listing is published to Property Finder.

Hover over the yearly service charges to show you the amount per month. You can also access the leads who shortlisted this property, see the owner's contact details by hovering over the "i" icon and who it is assigned to by hovering over the name. Hover over the RERA listing number to check until when it is valid for. Hovering over amenity will show you on which portal it will be displayed, and the small PF Expert icon on the bottom left-hand corner of the image will show you the property's location map.
The Leads, Owners and Transactions screens also have their own version of the Preview to explore.
Leads:
The lead's preview will show you the properties they have shortlisted and comparable listings from your inventory - and a brief about them - where you can see on which portal(s) each one is published. You can also send the property by email or shortlist/un-shortlist it.

Owners:
The owner's preview is also similar to lead's, where you can view the properties they have assigned.

Transactions:
And last, but not least, the transaction preview - where you actually need to click on it - will also show you a brief about it. You will be able to view the property's final price and commission, its contract validity or transfer date, its location and reference number. And, if the transaction is still open, you can change it to either Won or Lost directly from the preview.

It is also important to note that the more information you put in your resource, the more populated the preview will be so you can get the most benefit out of it.
