When you create a new listing, you would want to advertise it on various property portals to be able to generate leads. A published listing that is not advertised is likely to get lost and forgotten, losing an opportunity to generate a deal.

1. To advertise a property on a property portal, firstly ensure that your company is already signed up and linked with the portal. Some portals require contracts to be agreed or technical integration before enabling your company's account.

2. If your company is signed up for the portal, ensure that the portal is marked as Enabled on the Admin > Portals screen.

3. Next, go to the listings screen and select the record you wish to advertise. Click on the 'Edit Listing' button. In the Portals tab, select the required property portals and then save the record.

Depending upon the portal's sync settings, your listing should be live soon.
