What is it for?

The Visit Scheduler will help you send calendar invitations to your leads for property viewings.

What are the benefits for me?

1. Do not miss a potential deal; schedule your viewing immediately when you receive a lead.
2. Directly send calendar invites from shortlisted properties and your lead email.
3. Update existing invitations without the need to access your email.
4. It's quick, trouble-free and very convenient when you're on the go.

How does it work?

• As a first step, you will need to connect your calendar from your user profile.

Scheduling the Visit:

There are different ways to schedule a visit for a lead; the property, however, should be shortlisted for that lead. Simply, click on the "Schedule a Visit" button, or select the shortlisted property and choose that option from the drop-down menu.

The Visit Scheduler's components:

Scheduling the visit will then include the title and subject of the calendar invitation, the invitee(s), the date, time, and timezone. All of these can also be edited and customised.

How will the visit appear to your client?

The visit will be sent as a form of an email calendar invitation to the lead's or recipient's inbox. It will also include the preview page of the property, and a link to get the directions to the viewing from Google Maps.

Updating/Deleting a visit:
 
Once the visit schedule is sent, you have the option as well to update the existing invitation or creating a new one by clicking on the same "Schedule a Visit" button.

And upon choosing "Update Existing", you have the ability to update any of the invitation details, or even deleting it.

Schedule a visit directly from the lead email:

If you are on the go and only have access to your mobile, you can schedule a visit from the email you receive about a new lead that is interested in one of your properties.

Simply click on the "Visit" icon in the email, and the PF Expert app will open automatically. You can then schedule the visit as described above, but this time from your mobile.
