Creating and publishing individual listings:
When adding a new property from the Properties section, you will be taken to a ‘Property Details’ page where you can add the listing content.
When you click ‘Publish’, a screen will appear that states the amount of credits required and your current credit balance. Simply click ‘Confirm Publish’ and your listing will be published on Property Finder.
By default, all properties are published as 30 day Standard Listings which will renew automatically so that the listing stays online until you choose to take it down. The same number of credits will be deducted from your account every 30 days while it's live. You can find the renewal date on the ‘Property Details’ page.
Publishing listings from the 'Properties' section:
In the ‘Properties’ section, you have the option to select one or multiple properties to publish in a bulk action. Each listing in the table has a check box, simply check the listings that you want to publish. Click on the ‘Property Actions’ button (...) and click ‘Publish’ or click on the Publish button on the data table.
A screen will appear that states the amount of credits required and your current credit balance. Select the portals that you wish to publish by checking the box and click ‘Publish’.
In the event that you have insufficient credits to publish an individual listing to Property Finder, a screen will appear to alert you of the amount of credits that you need to complete the action, and your current credit balance.
If you attempt to publish listings to multiple portals and have insufficient credits to publish those listings on Property Finder, a warning will appear on the ‘publish properties’ screen. You can still choose to publish on other portals.
