Property Management companies have different teams for different tasks. The Maintenance team will only look after the work orders and requests from the client, the accounts team would take care of all the accounts, and so this goes on. As different teams we would not want the Maintenance to have an access for Accounts module or vice versa.
To prevent users from access to different screens can be achieved by the following steps:
1. Go to Admin--> Users Screen,
2. Select the User, "Edit Account", from "Access to Screens" you can enable the the screens that you want the user to have an access on.
3. Next "Save" User.
