Landlord portal is a website designed specially for your landlords, They can access their units managed by your company and see the rentals price, lease duration.

The can check the pending payments related to the selected unit, upload the tenancy contract and documents related to the managed unit.

Landlord can create service requests such as Maintenance, general feed back, etc... using the landlord portal and the property manager will get the notification for the same and will be able to create work orders or take the necessary actions.
