With the power of Automation, PropSpace allows you to set up actions that will be triggered when a record matches a condition you have set. This can range from new listings being created, to when leads are closed.
To set up an alert when a new lead is created, you need to follow the below steps:
1. Go to Admin > Automations and select "Advanced Automation"
2. Click on the New Automation button.
3. Enter a Name, select the module as Lead and set the status as "Active".

4. In the Criteria section, set the Trigger as "Record is Created".
5. Add the criteria condition where the Lead type is Buyer (or as required)
6. Next you can define the actions to do when the plan has been triggered such as creating a task or sending an email. You can select multiple recipients to receive the notification when a new buyer lead is created.
7. Click on Save Automation when done. The plan will now be active and emails will be sent when records match the conditions you have defined.
