To ensure fair distribution and access of leads in the Lead Pool, your company can set a limit on the number of enquiries that can be picked up by an individual.
1. Navigate to Admin > Profile screen from the top menu bar.
2. Select the Leads tab and set the daily limit for enquiries that can be picked up by an individual agent. e.g: setting it to 2 will allow each agent to pick up a maximum of 2 leads per day
3. Click on 'Update Profile' to save the changes.
