It is important for you and everyone else in your real estate office to record leads in PropSpace, as these records can better understand the number of enquiries, demands, and trends.
If lead records are linked with the listing correctly, it will help identify the number of enquiries for that property.
On the leads screen, enter the listing reference number in the search filter. If you are unable to find the Listing Ref column, you may need to enable it in the Table Column Settings.
In the 'Listing Ref' filter textbox, enter the reference number of the listing. The search will filter the results and show the total number of leads enquiries for the property.
