As a Property Management Company, if there's a service request by a Tenant which has been approved by the Landlord, the Property Manager should inform the Tenant regarding the Work order details. PropSpace Property Management Software allows you to email the work order details to your Tenant directly. To achieve this, kindly follow the steps below.

1. Select the Work Order that you want to email it to the Tenant.

2. On the extreme right, select the option "Email Work Order" ---> To Tenant

3. Select the option "Send Email". All the information regarding the Work Order including the Vendor's details would be sent to the Tenant.
