PropSpace allows you to mark the lead as a Hot Lead, that can help easily identify and filter out these high-value leads without losing them in between of several ongoing leads.
Your real estate company can also use the Hot Lead flag as an indicator of importance, especially when managers and admins assign leads to agents.
To flag a lead as a Hot Lead, simply select a lead record and click on the Edit button. Change the Hot Lead field to Yes, and save the record.
In the data table, you can enable the Hot Lead column to be able to view and filter out such enquiries.
