PropSpace allows you to refer your clients to predefined service providers or your partners for additional services such as mortgage, maintenance, insurance or so on. Cross Sell is basically a practice of suggesting your clients to your partner or Service Provider.
For Ex. Lets say you have a Lead who recently rented an apartment with you and as a Real Estate company if you have any Partners for Movers you can provide the contact information of your Lead to your Partner. Based on number of Leads you have provided to your Partner you can then manage the commission.
Adding Cross Sell Partners on PropSpace:
To add a Cross Sell Partner, you can follow the steps below:
1. Go to Company ---> Cross Sell Setting,
2. Select "New Partner", Enter the Company Name, Select the Category, Enter the Telephone Number and Email address, in the Description you can mention the Description of the Company. If there are any Lead Restrictions you can set the Lead Restrictions and Save the Partner.
Sending a Lead to your Partner:
To send a lead to your partner, follow the steps below.
1. Go to Lead Screen, select the Lead, select Cross Sell Partners Next to the Lead.
All the Partners that match the criteria would appear, you can then select the option "Send Email" and an email will be sent to the Partner.
To keep track of the emails that are sent to your Partner, you can go to Company ----> Cross Sell Settings, select the Partner, go to History and this will display all the Leads that have been sent to your Partner.
