The Work Manager tab on Dashboard helps you to track the Pending requests from the clients. This helps you to manager all the pending requests efficiently.

You can click on open/In Progress option to check the number of requests which are open and under progress and the filter option allows you to filter the pending requests based on Type, Sub Type, Requested By and Unit. The Pending requests can also be exported as PDF or excel table.
