To view which listings are potentially live on a property portal, do the following steps:
1. Go to the Listings screen.
2. Filter for Published listings in the data table.
3. Then, click on the Advanced Search link in the actions bar.
4. In the Portals field, select the name of the portal you wish to use as a filter.
The results shown in the data table will be listings which are marked to be advertised on the selected portal. Note that this does not guarantee that the listing is present on the portal, as it may have been removed if you have exceeded your advertising package with the portal, or if the portal has discarded the listing for being out-of-date.
