As a Property Manager on Receipt of Rent payment from the Tenant you would need to provide the Tenant an Acknowledgment Receipt. Using PropSpace Property Management software the Acknowledgment Receipt can easily be generated.
Generation of an Acknowledgment Receipt for Rent payment can be achieved by either of two ways
1. Go to Accounts ---> General Ledger, select the Rent Payment transactions for which you want to generate the Acknowledgment Receipt
Next select the "Action" button and choose from the drop-down Generate Acknowledgment Receipt.
2. Go to Leases, select the Lease, next select the tab Account on the Leases.
Now select the transactions for the Rent payment, click on "More Actions" and choose from the drop-down Generate Acknowledgment Receipt.
