Published listings indicate that the property is available and is to be advertised on property portals (if enabled). Unpublished listings would indicate that the property is no longer available and need to be taken off from your availability lists and property portals.

There are 2 ways to change the status of the listing:

Option 1: Select a listing record from the data table and click on the Edit button. Change the status of the property as required, and save the changes.

Option 2: In the listing data table, select one or multiple records and then click on the Publish or Unpublish links in the table's action bar.
