If an agent receives a client enquiry which falls out of scope of their location or capability, the agent can move the lead to the Lead Pool and allow other agents to consider taking over the enquiry.
1. Select the relevant lead record, and click on the Move to Lead Pool button in the top-right corner.
2. The lead will now be taken off the agent and move to the Lead Pool. It can be viewed by switching to the Lead Pool tab.
