PropSpace Property Management software allows tenants to create their own access through which they can track real time payment updates, create maintenance requests, upload pictures and view the documents.

To provide the Tenant access to the portal,

• Go to Stakeholders ---> Tenant,
• Select the Landlord, on the right end of the Landlord detail screen, select the option "Portal Access: Inactive" and click on "Activate"
