PropSpace allows you to send SMS messages to your clients directly from the Leads screen. Do ensure that your company account has sufficient SMS credits to be able to send SMS messages, by checking the balance in the top notifications bar.

To send a SMS message, do the following steps:

1. Navigate to the Leads screen from the menu bar.

2. Select one or multiple leads in the data table.

3. Click on the 'Send SMS' link in the data table's action bar, and select 'Send to Leads'.

4. A pop-up window will open up, allowing you to type the SMS message required to be sent. You can opt to go with a system default message or a custom one.

5. Agree to the SMS terms and conditions, and click on the Send button.

The SMS message will be sent to the selected lead(s).
