You can create custom fields on any module in PropSpace, which allows you to work with additional fields that may be relevant to your work. eg: if your company uses an internal referencing system for a listing, you can create it as a custom field and populate it for each property record.
If your company needs to add a filed which is currently not on PropSpace you may use Custom Fileds.
Only a manager or an admin can add or remove Custom Fields.
On listing screen click on the show more button on the top row of tabs and select the Custom Field option to reveal a pop-up modal to manage your existing ones.
On Leads, Deals and contact screen click on the custom fileds button as shown in the screenshot
1. Click on the New Custom Field button.
2. Complete the following fileds:
Filed Name : It can be added as per your choice.
Data type : it can be text, number or dropdown field.
Required field :if the field has to be mandatory field, choose this as yes, else choose this as no.
3. Next click on "Save Changes" and then "Done". The field will now appear for all records in that module.
