PropSpace has a smart matching properties feature that allows you to match relevant properties for your leads.

1. Select a lead from the data table, or create a new one with the requirements of your client.

2. Based on the lead's requirements such as bedrooms, budget, etc., PropSpace will recommend exact and similar matching properties that can be potentially shared with them. The list of properties will be shown in the third-column on the lead form.

3. Each matching property is assigned stars based on the accuracy of the match, with 5-stars being perfect matches, 4-stars being good matches (but slightly different from the original requirement), and so on.

4. You can then select one or more properties from the recommended list, and email them to your lead. Clicking on the Email link will open a popup window to allow you to edit the recipient, subject and message.

5. If your client is interested in those properties, you can then arrange for viewings and look to potentially close the deal instead of spending time hunting for your client's requirements.
