How do I download leads in an Excel sheet?

As a general rule, only admin users can export data from PF Expert.

First of all, make sure the Exports Notifications are enabled from your user profile. You can also download all or specifically filtered leads.

Then, from the bulk action button, choose Export Results, and you will receive the download link to the Excel sheet shortly after in your Notifications Center.

You can also do the same for your properties and owners.
