Leads can be created in your PropSpace account - manually or auto-imported. Phone and personal meetup enquiries would need to be manually recorded, while enquiries from property portals can be automatically imported.

Manually add a new lead

1. Navigate to the Leads screen from the top menu bar.

2. Click on the 'New Lead' button.

3. Populate the lead registration form, along with details of the enquiry. Fields highlighted in red are mandatory fields that need to be populated before saving the form. The enquiry requirements can be of two types:

     a. If the client has inquired for an advertised property or registering it for you to advertise, link the relevant listing by clicking on the 'Select the Property inquired for' link.

     b. If the enquiry is open-ended with requirements mentioned (such as budget, bedrooms, etc), click on the + icon next to the property requirement section. Fill in the property requirements in the new pop-up window.

 4. When the form is populated, click on the Save Lead button.

Auto-import a new lead

Leads can also be automatically imported into PropSpace when lead enquiries are made on your listings being advertised on property portals.Leads from the main property portals including JustProperty.com, Bayut, Dubizzle and PropertyFinder can be automatically imported into your PropSpace account.
