Allocate credits to agents individually and monitor usage during the current cycle.
As an admin user, you have the ability to allocate credits to each of your agents through the Target feature.
In the Target column, simply click on the cell for the agent you want to set a credit spend target for, and enter the amount of credits you want to spend on that agent in the month, and click Save.
Once the target is set, you can then see the amount of credits that has been used in the current cycle against that target in the % used column. The target is a guideline rather than a hard limit. You can change the target at any time.
If the amount of credits used for an agent exceeds the target set, we will highlight this to you in the % used cell.
For convenience, we’ve added the ability to sort every column - from high to low, low to high - to help you better track usage.
