We recommend performing the following steps if you cannot see the video tour within your listing:
1) Ensure that you have access to the feature
This feature needs to be enabled in your account. If you have other functioning video tours, then you can be assured this is already activated. However, if none of your video tours are visible, please contract email@example.com to enquire as to whether this feature is currently enabled for you.
2) Ensure the link is in the proper format
At present we only accept YouTube video links. These need to be in the full, non embedded URL format to function correctly.
Correct example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dTG5iCV6B9U
3) Ensure that the link hasn't been used on any other listings
We limit the use of each URL to one listing per category (ie. the same URL can be used for both sale and rent once). Be sure to check the link hasn't been used on another listing, or doesn't contain public content that may have already been used by another subscriber.
