Signing in just got simpler - and more secure
If you're a new Decision Maker (the primary admin user for your company's account) setting up your account in the UAE, you'll sign in using a passkey. A passkey uses your device's Face ID, fingerprint, or screen PIN to verify it's you - simple, fast, and built to keep your account secure.
This is part of your first steps with Property Finder - see Your Onboarding Journey for the full picture of what to expect as you get set up.

Frequently asked questions
You'll need a device (phone or laptop), a browser or the PF Expert app, and access to the phone number on file - so make sure it's correct before you start.
Yes - you can set up and use a passkey on as many devices as you like, such as your laptop and your phone.
If you don't receive the OTP, contact Customer Experience. If the phone number on file is incorrect, ask your Decision Maker to update it. If you're the only Decision Maker or user on the account, contact Customer Experience directly.
The link is valid for 7 days. If it expires, Customer Experience can send you a passkey reset email instead - that reset link is valid for 30 minutes, and lets you set up a new passkey.
If you have more than one passkey set up, you can keep using the others. If your passkey was saved in a manager like Apple Passwords or Google Passwords, it will most likely sync to your other devices - or even a new device on the same account - so you can continue using it as normal.
Otherwise, ask your Decision Maker to reset your passkey for you. If you're the only Decision Maker, contact Customer Experience to reset it for you.
Yes - and they must. No two users can share a passkey.
Yes - social logins work alongside your passkey.
All major browsers and operating systems, on almost all devices, support passkeys.
If there's another Decision Maker on your account, ask them to reset your passkey. If not, contact Customer Experience. If you get stuck during onboarding, contact Customer Experience as well.
Passkeys also make it much harder for anyone to trick you into handing over access.
