    What’s Changing with Call Tracking?

    • One-time setup at agency level: Call Tracking will automatically apply to all agents and listings in your agency.
    • Improved insights: You’ll see exactly which listing each call lead came from.
    • Fairer reporting: Only calls received between 9 AM and 9 PM will count toward response rates.
    • Seamless coverage: New agents and listings will be included automatically.

     

    How will home seekers be able to contact the agent again?

    When a property seeker calls an agent via a listing, they will hear the a message to with clear instructions on how contact the agent again.

     

     

    What will the leads page look like?

    The leads page will provide clearer insights, including call leads linked to specific listings and their reference numbers, making it easier to track performance and understand which properties are generating the most interest.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Yes. Each incoming call will now show exactly which listing it originated from, giving you greater clarity on lead sources.

    No. Call Tracking is applied at the agency level and covers all agents automatically.

    A call missed between 9 AM and 9 PM will be counted as a missed call. Out of hours calls will not affect their response times.
