How does Team Credits work?
- The multi-branch feature allows you to have multiple branches with a single contract.
- Your main branch (with the active contract) will have all PF Flex Credits, and then the credit admin user will be able to assign credits for each team / branch on a monthly basis.
- The credit cycle for the branch accounts will follow the main branch credit cycle.
How to activate Multi-Branch?
To start the process, your business consultant can create the child account(s) and ask our support team to link the parent account (main) with the child account(s) (branch).

How to transfer credits between branches?
You can distribute the credits from the main account to the branches/teams for the current cycle, or next cycle, or transfer the credits from one branch/team to another.

Transfer credits for the current cycle to another team
Go to PF Expert > Credits > Team Credits | |
Under the Current Cycle column > click on the transfer icon | |
Select the source account and the target account > enter the amount of the credits> click on Transfer Credits |
Transfer credits for the next cycle
Go to PF Expert > Credits > Team Credits | |
Under the Credits for Next Cycle column > add the number of credits in the Enter Target field | |
Click on Save |
