The Agent Insights Dashboard provides you and your team with useful insights about your agents performance and Super Agent Insights.
What is covered?
Agents Insights Overview
The Agent Insights is updated daily, based on the data for the previous day.
1. The Page starts with an overview of the number of agents available in your company.
2. The insights continue with your agents in terms of the following:

- Agent Name
- Verified
- Blacklisted Properties
- Live Properties
- Leads
- Transactions
- Avg. Rating
- Response Rate
- Response Time
- Avs. Quality Score

Note: Leads are counted every time a client clicks on Email, Call, or WhatsApp on your listings and not when they contact you. |
Agent Insights
You can view the dashboard of any Agent in the company by clicking on their name as shown below.
Overview
The overview section is aimed at showing the admins some key data that highlight the agent's overall work and that includes:
- Response Rate
- Agent Performance
- Customer Feedback
- Live Properties
- Transactions
Tip: In your Expert you can hover on the titles to see a brief description on what it shows. |
Note: The data is updated once at the end of the day. |
Agent Performance
The Agent Performance Page is divided into three sections divided as follows:
- Super Agent Eligibility
- Criteria
- Progress
Super Agent Eligibility is where you can find details related to whether the agent is eligible to become a Super Agent or not .
Criteria is focused on calculating the overall response rate and listing quality.
Progress shows quick insights on the agent's performance over the previous months.
Customer Feedback
The Customer Feedback tab is used to monitor and view what customers think of the agent, and rate the agent when necessary as well as check if there are any enquiries unattended and more as shown below:
- Unattended Enquiries
- Overall Rating
- Feedback that can be filtered as one of the following

- Feedback with Rating
- Feedback with Reviews
- All Unattended
- All Property Unavailable

Note: High overall rating increases your Agent Performance, gets you the Super Agent status, and gives you more exposure to property seekers. |
