What are Credits to Agents?
Credits to Agents mean that you as a Decision Maker, Advisor, or Admin can set a limit of credits that each of your publishing agents can utilize within a given credit cycle.
For example:
Your company receives 1000 credits per cycle, and you have 5 agents.
You wish to allocate 100 credits per agent per cycle, and leave the rest of the 500 credits for the Admins to utilize however they see fit.
How to assign credits to agents?
The Credits to Agents feature allows Decision Makers, Advisors and Admins to distribute credits to agents and also give those agents access to Publish, Upgrade, and Refund credits independently without prior approval.
How to set or change credit limits?
- Visit the PF Expert > Credits > Credits to Agents page.
- Find the Agent you wish to set a limit for.
- Enter the number of credits you wish to assign for each agent in the "Limit" field and click "Save".
- Each agent can now use the credits you assigned to them.

How to enable your agents to use their credits?
You will need to create a custom role for your publishing agents so that they can use the credits you assigned to them.
For Example:
You want your 5 agents to be able to Publish, Approve, and Upgrade listings, as well as collect credits for the listings they un-publish early
In Users & Roles, navigate to Roles & Permissions | |
Click on Add Custom Role | |
Enter your Role Name and select a Basic Role For Example: Publishing Agents and the Basic Role would be Agent |

Enable all the permissions you want to add to your new role and click Create For Example: Publish Listings, Unpublish Listings, Approve/Refuse Listing, Upgrade Listing To Featured, Upgrade Listing To Premium, and Request Credit Return |

Your custom role is now ready, you can assign it to your 5 agents. |
