Leads Filtering
To streamline lead management, Property Finder now offers enhanced filtering options, making it easier to identify leads coming from agents and analyse data seamlessly.
Use filters to sort call leads by status, time received, agent, source, property category, and offering type.
Tip: If you wish to remove all filters, click “Reset”. |
Incoming Leads
Incoming leads are automatically generated from calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails received through Property Finder.
Call Leads
In the Call leads section on PF Expert, you will be able to track all call leads received by all your Agents. You will also be able to see all the call recordings, to which agent the call is assigned, the call status, time received, and the caller's contact number.
You can view your Call Leads by visiting PF Expert > Incoming Leads> Filter by source (call)
Note: Please ensure that Call Tracking is activated in order for you to track your call leads. |
What are the different status of the call lead?
When a property seeker calls your agent's Call Tracking number, a lead is created for you in PF Expert showing the status of the call.
Here are the different statuses that you can see:
- Cancelled: The caller disconnected before the agent picked up.
- Unanswered: The agent missed the call.
- Voicemail: The caller left a voicemail.
- Answered:The agent answered the call
What is recording tracking?
If a call was “Answered” or the property seeker left a “Voicemail”, you can listen to the recording of the call or the voicemail at any time.
Note: If you have admin access you will be able to listen to all calls, if you have agent access you will only see and listen to your own calls |

WhatsApp Message Status
When a property seeker sends a WhatsApp message to your agent's number, a lead is created in PF Expert that displays the status of that WhatsApp message.
Here are the different statuses that you can see:
Not Delivered: The message from the property seeker was not delivered to the assigned agent.
Waiting: The message is in the queue and waiting to be delivered to the assigned agent.
Delivered: The message has been received by the assigned agent.

Email Leads
When a property seeker sends an email to inquire about your listing on Property Finder, an automated lead will be generated and assigned to the Agent handling the listing.
You can view your Regular Leads by visiting PF Expert > Leads > Incoming Leads > Filter by Source (email)
Agent-to-Agent Leads
We have introduced A2A leads feature to ensure complete fairness, A2A leads will be excluded from the SuperAgent criteria.
How to mark the lead as agent lead?
Select Leads > Leads received > click on the 3 dots > select "Mark as an Agent".
- Confirming a lead as an Agent Lead does not mean they will be blocked.
- Leads will impact the SuperAgent criteria unless confirmed as an A2A lead.
Regular (Manual) Leads
Manual leads are those added directly by agents, allowing them to track and manage clients who reach out through various channels outside Property Finder.
How to add an opportunity/Lead details?
To Create a new lead, go to Leads > Regular (manual) Leads > New Lead
The Opportunity section contains Personal Information, Lead Type, and Lead Information details:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone
- Lead Type
- Property Type
- Property size
- Price range
- Number of bedrooms
- Number of bathrooms
- Furnishing type
- Preferred Location
- Readiness to buy
- Purchase period

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. You can check Leads Insights to view how you are performing in terms of Calls, Emails, and WhatsApp Leads.
You can download the recording for each lead by clicking on the 3 dots, and then clicking Download.
The Call lead is assigned to a Property when PF Expert recognizes that the property seeker initiated the call by clicking the "Call" button on your listing.
If the property seeker calls your Call Tracking number directly, PF Expert will not be able to confirm which listing the caller is inquiring about.
The Call Leads page is only for call-tracking calls.
To log a call that did not come through the Call Tracking services, please add the lead in "Regular Leads" and choose the "Channel" as "Phone Lead".
Yes. You can check Leads Insights to view how you are performing in terms of Calls, Emails, and WhatsApp Leads.
The message will show "Waiting" until it is sent out from our servers to your number.
If the message continues to show "Waiting" even after you receive it on your number, please contact PF Support to resolve the issue.
"Not Delivered" means that we are sending the message to your number, but are not receiving confirmation that you received it.
Double-check that you have an internet connection and that your WhatsApp number is active.
If the message still says "Not Delivered" please contact PF Support to resolve the issue.
It requires multiple agents’ input to universally mark a lead as agent.
