Overview
At Property Finder, there are three listing tiers: Premium, Featured, and Standard, each designed to increase visibility and drive more leads.
In search results, Premium listings appear first, followed by Featured, then Standard listings.
You can upgrade eligible listings to improve visibility and increase their chances of generating more impressions and leads.
Exposure durations
Exposure upgrades are available in different durations depending on the listing type selected, giving you more flexibility based on your listing strategy.
Premium: 7 days, 15 days, or 30 days
Featured: 7 days, 15 days, or 30 days
Standard: 30 days
The 7-Day Exposure Product is ideal when you want to boost visibility quickly without committing to a longer duration.
How to upgrade your listings?
| Go to PF Expert > Listings > Listing Management | |
| Click on your listing and click Boost in the sidebar | |
| Select Duration and Boost Type, then click Apply Upgrade |
Types of upgrades
There are 2 types of exposure upgrades available for listings:

When should I use the 7-Day Exposure Product?
The 7-Day Exposure Product is ideal when you need a short-term visibility boost without committing to a longer duration.
- Promoting a newly listed property during its first days on the market
- Increasing visibility during peak demand periods
- Giving a short-term boost to priority or time-sensitive listings
- Testing listing performance before choosing a longer exposure duration
- Extending premium visibility across more listings using available credits
Why can’t I upgrade my listing?
Upgrading a listing is available for users with the role Decision Maker, Advisor, and Admin, as well as Agents with special permissions Custom roles - Hard Limits.
Insufficient credits might prevent the listing from being upgraded successfully.
Frequently Asked Questions
If you upgraded a listing by mistake and would like to refund the credits consumed, please follow the below.
- Contact PF Support within 2 business days of the credit consumption.
- Unpublish the listing from PF Expert.
- Collect the credits available to you in Eligible for Credit Return.
- Republish the listing without an upgrade.
- The Support team will raise the request to refund the remaining amount to your account, subject to approval.

Yes, you can upgrade a Featured listing to Premium.
No. However, you can disable auto-renew to make sure the listing does not renew the upgrade.
Any active Standard or Featured listing is eligible for the upgrade.
The 7-Day Exposure is purchased using your available credits.
The upgrade can be activated at any time on an active listing. The 7-day duration starts immediately upon activation.

When multiple listings are upgraded, they compete for premium placements. Final ranking is determined by our internal algorithm, which considers factors such as listing quality and freshness.
The upgrade enhances your listing’s visibility and prioritization, helping it stand out ahead of non-upgraded listings.
No, the duration of an active exposure cannot be modified once applied. You can apply a new boost with your preferred option, and credits will be deducted accordingly.
If the listing is deactivated, the exposure will stop, and the remaining duration will not be carried forward.
No. The 7-Day Exposure is specific to the individual listing ID it was purchased for and cannot be transferred to a different property.
An upgrade can be lost for several reasons related to listing quality and compliance. These include:
- Compliance issues and Permit problems
- Agent blacklisting or Account suspension
- Unrealistic pricing or Major price changes
- Duplicate listings or Competitor claims
- Listing deletion or Document expiration
- Issues with Agent credentials
