Why Are We Making These Changes?
We are implementing these changes to ensure the SuperAgent program remains dynamic, competitive, and aligned with the evolving needs of agents. By updating key metrics such as response rate, listing count, and non-compliant listings, we aim to create a more balanced and transparent evaluation process. These refinements will eliminate ambiguity, provide clearer goals, and ensure that every agent has a fair and equal opportunity to succeed.
The updated criteria will reward consistent performance and encourage higher standards of professionalism.
