How to add a new listing?
Using PF Expert
- Log in to PF Expert
- Go to the Listings Page > Listings Management
- Click on the + List New Property button
- Add your details, media, and location
Using your own 3rd party CRM
To publish a listing from your CRM to Property Finder, ensure you’ve set up an XML Feed or API Integration, then follow your CRM provider's publishing steps.
How to add the location of a listing?
The Add a Listing page contains all the details of your listing, starting with the location.
You will need to fill in the mandatory details, marked by an * in each section, to enable publishing the listing.
- Select the Emirate
- Choose your permit type
- Select the Category (Residential or Commercial)
- Select the Offering Type (Rent or Sale)
- Select the Property Type (Apartment, Villa, etc..)
- Type in the location of your listing (for example Shatha tower, Media City, Dubai)
- Type in the name of the Agent that will be assigned to the listing
- Add a unique reference number
- Select the availability date (or choose immediately)
Tip: Enter the Building Name or Exact location to get the highest Quality Score |
Note: All other sections are locked until you have completed all mandatory items in the Location section. |
What are the specifications of a listing?
Specifications include the following details about your property;
- Number of rooms
- Number of bathrooms
- Property size
As well as some non-mandatory items;
- Developer
- Unit number
- Number of parking spaces
- Furnishing type
- Property age
- Floor number

How to add images and media to a listing?
In the Media section, click on the Tap to upload photos box to start adding your listing's images.
Tip: Add your images in a 4:3 ratio, for example, 1600x1200 pixels to maximize Listing Quality Score |
You can also add a link to a virtual tour in the 360 URL link section and a Youtube Video Tour in the Video tour URL field.
How to add the Property price and value?
Depending on your choice in the first section in the Offering Type section (Sale or Rent), you will see different options in the Property Value section;
Sale:
- Property Price
- Down payment (percentage of the total price, set to zero if no down payment is available)
Rent:
- Property Price
- Number of Cheques (not mandatory)
How to select amenities?
Simply click on the amenity that is available in your property to enable it for your listing.
How to add your listing's title and description?
In the description section, you'll be able to add the title and description that will appear on the portal for your listing, you can add English and Arabic content, to ensure your listing will appear perfectly for the home seekers based on their language selection.
Tip: Keep the title below 50 characters and the description between 750 and 2000 characters to get the highest Quality Score |
How to save a listing as a draft?
Listings are auto-saved as you work on them, if you wish to leave the editor and keep the listing as a draft for now, click on Go Back at the top left corner of the page, and confirm by clicking Exit.
You can go back to edit your drafts at any time from the Listings page.
How to publish a listing on Property Finder?
If you have access to publish your own listing, or if you are an admin, you can Publish the Property to any upgrade option right from the editor.
Once you're happy with your listing, click on the Publish button at the top right corner of the page, and select your publishing type (standard, featured, or premium) and confirm the credits deduction.
Why is my listing not being published?
If your listing doesn’t publish successfully, it could be due to one or more reasons. PF Expert will display an error message indicating the specific issue(s), which might include some of these common problems:
- Insufficient credits
- Invalid or missing permit
- Incomplete listing details
- Lack of necessary permissions
Insufficient credits
When you publish a listing it will ask for a certain number of credits in your account to be deducted, not having the amount would result in the listing failing to publish.
Invalid or missing permit
Depending on your listing's location, you might require a permit to publish, if you did not add the correct permit, or if the permit is invalid, the listing will fail to publish.
Incomplete listing details
Some of the listing's details are mandatory and are marked by an *, if you have one or more elements missing from your listing's details, the listing will not go online unless you complete them.
Lack of necessary permissions
Depending on your role, you might not have enough permissions to publish listings, double check your permissions from the users page, or check with your Admin.
