How to manage your listings on PF Expert 2.0?

    Where can I find my listings on PF Expert?

    You can access the listings available to you by clicking on Listings > Listings Management in the PF Expert side menu.

    How to add a new listing?

    In the Properties Page, click the + List New Property button on the top right of the properties table.
    Check the article on Adding or Editing a Property for more details.

    How to filter my listings?

    Clicking the All Filters button on the Listings Management page enables you to quickly find a particular listing instead of scrolling through the listings published on your PF Expert.

    You can filter your listings by any of the following filters;

    Tip: You can filter by location from the quick filter at the top of the page

     

     

    How to sort my listings?

    You can sort your listings by any of the following:

    • Listing Created: Newest
    • Listing Created: Oldest
    • Price: Highest
    • Price: Lowest
    • Listing Published: Newest
    • Listing Published: Oldest
    • Quality Score: Highest
    • Quality Score: Lowest

    How to export my listings?

    You can export your inventory data into an offline spreadsheet file directly from the management tab to review metrics or analyze listing health trends easily.

     

    1. Navigate to Listings > Listings Management via your dashboard side navigation.
    2. Go to the Export Listings dropdown feature positioned at the top right.

    1. Click the indicator arrow and select your required format from:
      • Export as CSV
      • Export as XML

    Tip: The generated spreadsheet output document records key structural criteria parameters including exact listing reference strings, operational live status states, pricing levels, full broker assignments, and quality health score totals.

     

    Where can I find my drafts/unpublished?

    Your drafts can be found by toggling the Drafts button that can be found on the top right of the listing management page right below the Add New Listing button.

    How to delete/unpublish a listing?

    You can delete, unpublish or draft an online listing by clicking on the 3 dots at the top of the listing's card, then choosing delete/unpublish.

    How to edit a listing?

    You can edit a listing by clicking on the listing's card, then clicking on the Edit button on the right hand sidebar that will appear for you.

     

    You can unpublish or upgrade a listing from the same menu as well.

    In the right side bar, you can also view the listings' individual insights and leads information.

    Note: Once published, the following fields cannot be edited: Location, Property Type, Property Category, and Offering Type. 

    Starting February 2026, changes to these fields will require creating a new listing. All other fields remain editable.

     

    To Update core fields in a listing you can use the Update and Re-list Feature.

     

    What are the listing actions?

    You can unpublish, copy the listing link, create a PDF, create a marketing report, or delete the listing from the 3 dots on the top right-hand side.

    How to add notes to the listing?

    You can now add notes directly to listings. Each listing supports up to 10 notes, with a maximum of 1,000 characters per note. All user roles can view all notes, but only the user who created a note can edit or delete it.

    Where is the Pending Actions tab?

    Any listing that requires your action can be found by clicking on the "Pending Actions" button at the top left of the Listings Management page.

     

    You would need to check the Listing action tracker tab for more clarification about why the listings are flagged.

    Where can I find my archived listings?

    You can find all your archived listings in the Listings Archive tab on the left under Listings Management.

    Grid view vs List view

     

    Grid View is a simple view of your published listings and shows summarized information about your listings like amount of Leads, Quality Score, Location, Date Published, Action Needed and Premium or Featured status.

     

     

    Insights

    Metric Description
    Impressions The number of times your listing appeared in search results (SERP).
    Listing Clicks How many times users opened your listing from the search results.
    Interest Engagement clicks on action buttons such as WhatsApp, Call, or Email.
    Leads The number of actual leads submitted by users.
    Click-Through Rate (CTR) The percentage of impressions that resulted in listing clicks.

     

     

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Once you’ve made changes, updates will be processed and live within 30 minutes.

    Locating your drafts is simple:

    1. Go to the Listings Management Page.
    2. At the top of the page, you’ll find a Drafts toggle.
    3. Switch the toggle to “Drafts” to view all your saved drafts. This will replace your online listings with your drafted ones.
    4. To return to your live listings, simply toggle back to the “Online Listings” view.

    To ensure the highest quality and authenticity, we’ve moved away from allowing listing duplication. We believe every property deserves a unique and tailored listing that highlights its individuality.
    Even when units are similar, each property has distinct features that can be showcased to appeal to potential clients

    Editing your listings is quick and easy:

    1. Locate the listing you want to update on the Listings Management Page
    2. Click on the listing, and a sidebar will appear.
    3. Scroll to the bottom of the sidebar and click the “Edit” button.

    We’ve introduced new filters to make finding and managing your listings easier than ever.

    The exported file contains comprehensive data fields for your tracking inventory needs, including your standard reference IDs, active status, system pricing configuration values, sizing area details, exact location metrics, assigned broker agent name, and current quality score assessment statistics.

    Yes! The platform now shows the renewal date for your listings.

    No, Unfortunatly a deleted listing cannot be retrieved even by reaching out to support. A new listing must be created.
